Although we repair all brands of heating and air conditioning equipment, including boilers, we chose to become a Trane dealer in 1994. In the spring of 2009, Rick’s Heating & Air Conditioning received an award for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey Score in a field of more than 100 Trane Dealers in Virginia and Northeast North Carolina. We are a Class A Contractor licensed in Virginia, and have an “A” rating with the BBB, which is the highest rating possible without paying to be a member.
